ENGINEERING FLOORING - ALFA FLOORING

Enginereed Flooring

Engineered Flooring are the future and a good alternative to solid floors as they have a wider range of dimensions, are durable, can be less expensive and are very difficult to distinguish between the two once installed.

It is manufactured in such a way as to provide better stability and resistance to changes in temperature and humidity. The exciting part is that it looks like solid wood flooring in that the top layer is real, solid wood, but then it has a panel base - plywood.

Installation of Enginereed Flooring

Before installation, we must leave the floors in the place where we will install them for 3-5 days to "acclimatize" to the humidity conditions.

His preparation substrate is of utmost importance and all substrates must be free of inductance prior to installation. Following this rule will make the installation process much easier and increase the life of the product.

Installation methods include floating or bonding directly to the existing floor using flexible adhesive.
