Description

By the term sawn timber we mean the prismatic logs in various dimensions of thickness, width and length, produced mainly by axial (longitudinal) sawing of logs.

At the same time, with the term building sawn timber we call the timber which is used and meets the requirements of structural and building constructions. Its production methods differ depending on the machines used, the type of wood, the diameter of the log, the desired dimensions of the saws / building blocks, their desired quality, the desired production quantity, etc.
