Alfa Wood Group's pie cutting in a festive atmosphere

With great success and in a festive atmosphere, the cutting of the cake of the Alfa Wood Group took place on Saturday, February 4, in Versailles.

At the beautiful event, employees, representatives of institutions and friends of the group gave a dynamic "present"

The staff of the group came from all over Greece, from Larissa, Athens, Thessaloniki, Grevena, Nevrokopi. Alexandroupolis, Volos, Trikala and Argos to exchange wishes and have fun.

The blessing and cutting of the cake was performed by the most respected Metropolitan of Larissa and Tyrnavos Mr. Ieronymos in the presence of the founders Mr. Adamopoulos and Mr. Agorastos, as well as the members of the board of directors, Mr. Stelios Agorastos, Mr. George Adamopoulos and Mr. Vassilis Adamopoulou.

This was followed by the speech of the president of Alfa Wood Group, Mr. Adamopoulos, who after wishing the staff of the group and the guests a happy new year with health and strength, while he made a short journey from the foundation of the group until today.

He referred to the difficulties and challenges of 2022, but emphasized that the main feature of the past year was the rise of Alfa Wood Group, the increase in turnover and the large investment plan that has already started, amounting to 18 million euros.

Afterwards, the general manager of the group, Mr. Thanasis Grigoriadis, took the floor, who detailed the financial data of the group and its impressive development over the years it has been active. He highlighted the difficulties of the sector but also the investments that will be implemented in 2023, with new production lines and the fourth biomass energy plant, ranking the group as a very big power in energy.

This was followed by two raffles with large prizes for the group's employees.

For the first time, people who have completed 20 years of work in the group were honored. For their offer and dedication, a trip worth €1000 was raffled off.

A second draw followed with 4 lucky winners winning a sum of money worth €500 each.
