Alfa Wood Group "moves" with green energy
The largest Greek wood processing industry Alfa Wood Group has recently undertaken a major renewal of electric vehicles, reflecting its commitment to green energy and sustainable development. With the aim of promoting green driving and reducing greenhouse gas emissions, Alfa Wood Group has renewed its fleet of cars, adding 10 brand new all-electric cars.
The group's choice to invest in electric vehicles reflects its commitment to environmental sustainability. Electric cars cause the least possible pollution on a long-term basis, provided they use electricity from renewable energy sources, a condition the group will follow. Under this condition, they can contribute to the reduction of global warming caused by the greenhouse effect and reduce dependence on oil.
By renewing its car fleet to electric models, Alfa Wood Group is actively seeking to boost green growth. The use of green energy combined with the adoption of biocyclic economy practices and sustainable resource management, strengthens the group's effort to adopt an ecological consciousness & environmental protection in the industrial sector.
