Alfa Wood once again listens to today's trends and innovates with the new series L'arte del legno 2023. The new collection launches the traditional technique in the veneer sector, where the group with great experience presents a range of marquetry designs, which they consist of the complex of geometric shapes of natural veneer and create the subtle illusion of movement with three-dimensional patterns. The correct initial design is reflected in its final realization in a handmade way. The result compensates with its aesthetic perfection and manual value.
The designs are inspired by beautiful geometry by combining natural wood colors on a two-dimensional level. Simple, geometric forms are imprinted on the surfaces, which are deconstructed by rotation or partial deletion and organized in their development. In this way, the viewer is in a "dialogical" relationship with the design, as his perspective places it in space.
